You consent to be governed by the terms of this Policy without modification by choosing to use the Analics Research Platform and/or making a request to purchase services on the Analics Research Platform. You are recommended not to conduct business on the Analics Research Platform if you do not agree to the provisions in this Policy.
Please be aware that we have the right to occasionally modify the provisions of the Policy that apply to your right to cancel, replace, return, and receive a refund for services on the Analics Research Platform. Please review the Policy each time you want to use the Analics Research Platform to make sure you are aware of the terms and conditions in effect at that moment.
Cancellation of Services
If the client cancels an order, Analics Research Private Limited is entitled to payment for any work previously completed for that order as well as reimbursement for time spent conducting research for the balance of the order. When the client requests it, Analics Research Private Limited will make the work available, but it will not be held accountable for its quality.
Analics Research Private Limited may charge the Client 50% of the cost for the portion of the work that isn't completed if it has set aside time to complete the order.
Analics Research Private Limited shall be entitled to increase the agreed price if it is required to perform more work or incur more costs than might reasonably have been anticipated at the conclusion of the contract because of having to work with extremely challenging or unclear specifications, for example, or faulty files or computer programs supplied by the Client.
Any complaints the Client may have regarding the service received from Analics Research Private Limited must be made in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after obtaining the service in question. Making a complaint won't absolve the client of their financial responsibility.
The service will be declared fully accepted if no complaints are raised within the allotted time, and Analics Research Private Limited will only address complaints if it deems it necessary to do so. If the client requests that Analics Research Private Limited change any portions of the project, including translated or edited content, this is not in any way an admission of liability on the part of Analics Research Private Limited for providing subpar service.
If a complaint is legitimate, Analics Research Private Limited will be given a reasonable amount of time to fix the problem or find an alternative provider. The client may be given a discount if Analics Research Private Limited cannot reasonably be expected to make the necessary upgrades or substitutions.
Kindly note, in case of any cancellation and return request a well-formatted document must be provided for cancellation reasons and it will take approximately 7 business days to completely process the request of any return and cancellation of our service.
